The Uniview IPC3615LB-AF28-A2 is a 5MP IP Camera designed to deliver clear and reliable surveillance with a 1/3.0" CMOS sensor and up to 2592 × 1944 resolution at 20fps. It supports multiple resolutions including 5MP, 4MP, 3MP, 2MP and 720P, making it suitable for different surveillance and recording requirements.
The camera features a 2.8mm fixed lens with F2.0 aperture, providing a 94.3° horizontal field of view for wide-area monitoring. It offers a minimum colour illumination of 0.01 lux at F2.0 with AGC ON, while the IR-cut filter with automatic switching provides reliable day/night operation.
The IPC3615LB-AF28-A2 is equipped with IR illumination up to 30 meters using an 850nm IR wavelength. IR control can be configured for automatic or manual operation, while Smart IR helps manage infrared illumination for clearer nighttime surveillance.
The camera supports DWDR for improving visibility in scenes with different lighting levels. Additional image enhancement features include 2D/3D DNR, HLC, BLC and Digital Defog, helping maintain clearer images in challenging surveillance environments.
The camera supports Human Body Detection 2.0 along with Motion Detection and Audio Detection, providing additional event detection capabilities for security monitoring.
The IPC3615LB-AF28-A2 supports Ultra 265, H.265 and H.264 video compression. It provides dual video streams, ROI support and a video bitrate range of 128 Kbps to 6144 Kbps, helping balance image quality, bandwidth and storage requirements.

The camera features 1 × RJ45 10/100 Base-TX Ethernet port and supports a wide range of network protocols including IPv4, TCP, UDP, DHCP, RTP, RTSP, HTTP, HTTPS, RTMP, DNS, NTP and SSL/TLS.
For third-party integration, it supports ONVIF Profile S and Profile T, as well as API and SDK. The camera supports up to 32 users across administrator, common user and operator levels.
The camera does not support edge storage according to the supplied specifications. It is compatible with UNV-Link, UNV-Link Pro and EZStation for surveillance management.
