FeniBazar Online Shopping collects only what we need to deliver your order: your name, mobile number, email (if you give it) and delivery address.
We use your number to send order updates and one-time sign-in codes. We send promotional messages only if you have not turned them off in My account.
We share your name, number and address with the courier that delivers your parcel, and with nobody else for marketing.
Our invoices and VAT records are kept as the law requires, even after an account is deleted.
You can download your data or ask us to delete your account from My account → Sign-in & security. For any question, call us (+8801844468450).
