The NSW3000-24T1GT1GC-POE-IN is a 24-port PoE switch designed for network and video surveillance deployments. It provides 24× 10/100Mbps PoE RJ45 ports, 1× Gigabit RJ45 port, and 1× Gigabit Combo port, offering flexible connectivity for PoE-powered network devices.
The switch supports IEEE 802.3af and IEEE 802.3at PoE standards. It provides a maximum total PoE power budget of 370W, with up to 30W PoE power per individual port.
It supports both Mode A (1236) and Mode B (4578) PoE modes, while the PoE management interface allows users to view PoE status and power consumption and enable or disable PoE power supply.
The switch offers an 8.8Gbps switching capacity and 6.55 Mpps forwarding performance. It features a 4 Mbit packet buffer and supports up to 16K MAC addresses, providing efficient handling of connected network traffic.
It supports full duplex, half duplex, and auto-negotiation modes, along with port auto-negotiation rate, priority flow control, port flow statistics, and port enable/disable functions.
For network segmentation and management, the switch supports both Access and Trunk VLAN modes with up to 32 VLANs, using VLAN IDs from 1 to 4095.
It also supports link aggregation groups consisting of two uplink ports, helping provide flexible uplink connectivity.
The switch includes several network control and security features, including:
Port rate limitation
Broadcast storm control
Loop detection
Port isolation for downlink ports
Login IP address locking for up to 64 addresses
Dynamic MAC address clearing
N:1 port mirroring
These functions provide greater control over network traffic and connected devices.
The switch provides unified software-based configuration, management, and device searching. It can discover connected video devices and generate a network topology, making it easier to monitor network and surveillance deployments.
The system can display information including the device name, model, serial number, software version, IP address, MAC address, DNS, and operating time. It supports IP address and device-name management, user authentication, password modification, manual time configuration, and NTP.
The system can also display up to 32 other switches on the same network and up to 64 connected video devices.
Maintenance functions include device upgrade, factory settings restoration, configuration import/export, log export, device restart, and unified software management.
The switch operates on AC 100–240V, 50/60Hz, with a maximum power consumption of 385W. It features 1 cooling fan, dimensions of 440 × 244.8 × 44mm, and a weight of approximately 2.9kg.
The operating temperature range is 0°C to 45°C, while operating humidity is 5% to 90% RH, non-condensing.
The switch provides LED indicators for monitoring:
Power: Normal or abnormal power input
PoE: PoE power supply status
Link/Act: Port connection and data transmission status
MAX: Indicates when total PoE power usage reaches the specified high-utilization level
